Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.
— Aristotle

My style is…

warm, collaborative, and genuine. I have a  passion for helping people face challenges and connect to meaning, purpose and joy in life.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who are facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, interpersonal stressors, and life transitions.

I believe that these challenges are often a manifestation of individuals trying to solve problems using the only tools they have.

My job is to provide support and guidance in the development of new more effective tools.
