Hope. Resiliency. Growth.

Change is possible. Help is available.

Life is challenging.

All people are born with innate worth and value. Going through life we often experience pain and hardship in a world that offers false ways of coping with these challenges, and we can lose touch with our authentic selves in the process.

Therapy is a method through which people can reconnect with their true selves, change maladaptive coping patterns, and live a life that is rich and meaningful.  My job is to be a guide and support in this process.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, interpersonal concerns, and life transitions. I use interventions that are evidence-based while also being tailored to each individual client’s unique needs. I work with my clients to identify what is important and valuable to them and how they can create lives that reflect this.
